Excellent- Products classified as “Excellent” are fully functional devices without any physical imperfections. All “Excellent” Condition devices pass our 36-point Phone Check Certification functional tests. This is the best condition you can reasonably expect for a used phone. That being said, all “Excellent” devices will be free of any clearly visible dents or chips on the front of the phone. Any imperfections, if present, will usually be found on the back or side of the device.
Good- Products classified as “Good” are fully functional devices that include minor physical imperfections. All “Good” Condition devices pass our 36-point Phone Check Certification functional tests. This condition will mark a phone that has been gently used, but well taken care of. As with all of our phones, a "Good" phone will not have any major imperfections. You might notice some light scuffing on the side of the device, or some light scratches on the body. If there are any imperfections on the front screen, none of these will be visible when your screen is illuminated. Overall, these physical imperfections will not affect the daily use of your phone.
Return and exchange
All devices will have a 90days warranty on functionality.
Devices can be returned within 30days. First 10days return will not be charged any
restocking fee. After the first 10days of purchase any return will incur a 15%
restocking fee. This policy also applies towards exchanges as well.
